• Shipping Fee: A standard shipping fee of 3,000 KRW applies. (Free shipping on orders over 30,000 KRW)

  • Additional shipping charges may apply to Jeju Island and other remote/mountainous areas.

  • Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date due to courier schedules.

You may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving the product. However, please note that returns or exchanges may not be accepted in the following cases:

• If the request is made after the 7-day return/exchange period has expired.

• If the product packaging has been opened or damaged, resulting in a loss of product value.

• If the product shows signs of use or has been damaged due to reasons attributable to the customer.

• If the value of the product has significantly decreased over time to the point where resale is difficult.

• For returns or exchanges due to a simple change of mind, the customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.

• Items returned without prior notice may result in delayed processing or may not be accepted. Please contact our customer center or use the inquiry board before returning any items.
